1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BridgeReach Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

BridgeReach Digital provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, search engine optimization (SEO), web development, lead generation, content marketing, and related consulting services. The specific scope will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Retainer fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

Client-owned assets remain the property of the client. Marketing materials created for the client transfer ownership upon full payment. BridgeReach Digital retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be executed separately for additional protection.

7. Limitation of Liability

BridgeReach Digital provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual contract. Generally, a 30-day written notice is required for termination.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
